There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each and every email (non-transactional emails). Click on the link to unsubscribe from future emails from us.

We understand that sometimes things happen so we made it easy for you to cancel your subscription after logging into your account.

Do you need extra time to work through your current supply of Amani? Try changing your order date. Are you getting your orders too quickly? Try adjusting the delivery frequency. If you do need to cancel, follow these steps:

When you’re ready to restart your subscription, login to your account and reactivate your subscription.

Shipping & Returns

Once your order has been placed, our team will work on getting your order ready within 1-2 business days – excluding holidays and weekends. The estimated delivery window is between 3-7 business days.

For all standard and expedited shipping methods, orders placed on Friday after 12 PM CST will be processed on Monday to ship.

Once you place your first order, we’ll email you a tracking link!

While we're working on adding an order tracking feature to our account portal, you can easily get your tracking details for all subsequent orders by reaching:

Movement on your tracking link can take up to 24 hours to update. If you continue to see no movement after 24 hours please contact us at support@amanihealth.ca with your order number and we will look into it further.

Due to complexities with various customs regulations, we don’t currently ship internationally.

Please check in and around your mailbox, or check with your neighbours to see if the package was mistakenly delivered to them.

If you still can’t locate your package after 48 hours, please contact us at support@amanihealth.ca

Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your first order. We’ll refund you for the full cost of the product.
